Trillium Asset Management has promoted Lisa Hayles as head of sustainability and stakeholder engagement. Hayles, who joined the asset manager in 2020, previously served as director of international shareholder advocacy. Before her time at Trillium, she spent over six years at Boston Common Asset Management as an ESG specialist.
